Basics

What is SecureSack?

SecureSack is an online data portal where you can view, edit, and manage your household information and important documents from where you are, on your couch at home, at office, on a business trip or while on vacation. You are not confined to your filing cabinet at home.

Why do I need SecureSack?

With SecureSack you feel organized, confident and in control. All your household information is encrypted, stored securely, and backed up digitally. Another big reason to sign up is if you lose your phone or your computer crashes or in the case of an emergency you are confident that your personal household information and important documents are safe and can be accessed anywhere you have access to the internet.

How safe is SecureSack?

Our business relies on your data being secure - It's our top priority. SecureSack uses the most advanced technologies available to protect your information: • We encrypt your data with a personal "16 digit data encryption key" that is unique to you • We use AES 256-bit encryption (same as banks and government) • We implement multi-factor authentication for secure access.

Can SecureSack use my personal information?

The household information you store on SecureSack belongs to you. SecureSack cannot access, view or print any of the information stored by you. All your records are encrypted with your password and your unique "16-digit data encryption key" only known to you. SecureSack can only view what you provide during registration (name, email, and payment information).

What happens if I forget my password?

As part of registration, SecureSack emails you a personalized "16 digit data encryption key". To reset your password, you'll need both your email and this key. SecureSack does not save customer encryption keys and cannot re-send or re-generate them. Only YOU can re-generate this key by logging into your account.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
